Theo has a car accident and enters in limbo, while in real life he is taking to hospital

Theo has a car accident. He is taking into hospital and doctors try to do as much as they can. At the same time, Theo gets into a parallel life where he doesn't have idea about the car accident. While he is running, a thunder light strikes on the tree he is resting for a minute, and it gives him super speed. His little brother finds out and wants him to show him what he can do. But he starts suffering heartaches, and gets scared of his powers. Finally, in real life, he dies and his brother is taken by the social services, as their mother passed away a few years before and he was his guardian. Before his brother says a final goodbye, he leaves a little car toy on Theo's body and says "when you are ready, you'll cross the borderline". Once he leaves, all of a sudden, Theo's body disappears with fast speed.
