An urban drama. History student Dayton Givens is asked to film a project on his day-to-day life for a year but around the same time begins to notice strange and disturbing monitoring and surveillance occuring in his everyday life and neighbourhood. A film that incorporates, history, society, politics and the individual's place in the greater scheme of things.
