Following the lives of John and Carrie and the directions in which they have taken since they broke up, and how it lead them back to be on the very same journey.

John and Carrie are two young people who used to be lovers but decided to go their separate ways, meet by chance on a train and tell us the story of the journey that their lives have taken since they saw each other last.
