A film about loneliness and isolation.

Set in an old apartment building, Tyr is a young Norwegian, female writer living alone. Tyr is frequently disturbed by Chloe, a young girl who lives above with her disruptive, abusive Father. Tyr has a haunting past and through her writing is trying to piece together her childhood. Chloe seeks comfort from her Father and Tyr is forced to show some empathy towards the girl despite longing to be left alone.
