County Lines Girl is the story of sixteen year old Stacy who is desperately trying to navigate her fraught relationship with her mother when she is lured into a county lines gang.
County Lines Girl is a social realism drama following sixteen year old Stacy who is desperate to conceal her mothers drug addiction and parental neglect from children's social services, in order to avoid becoming a looked after child. Convinced that her mother will let her down during a planned social worker visit and that she will be forced to run away without any money or a place to go, Stacy then meets Danny empathic and a little older than her he recruits her into county lines and gang exploitation. Imprisoned in a trap house and exiled into a county town, she is forced to sell class A drugs. Stacy returns to her mother who is frantic that her daughter is missing and promises to get clean. However, this story becomes a tragedy when Stacy getting what she needs in terms of affection from her mother comes all too late when she is trapped in the gang .
