"Act as you believe and you will finally believe"

Humiliation preserves rank when pride stops. After being heartbreak, mother conserves her ideal image of a perfect family to avoid embarrassment. She measures reality through a fake perception of the past, rejecting her husband's runway, embellishing his personality, transforming him into a hero in front of her two sons. At the dining table, the family communication is oppressed by this taboo subject "fathers disappearance", nobody wants to talk about it but everybody does! This short film is a portrait of a dysfunctional family triggered by lost of pride!
