A film about feeling indifferent

Stella is the only person in her village who is able to notice things around her. The people around her have slowly become more obsessed by their own duties which has led them to become isolated and detatched from each other. Everywhere Stella goes she see the people wandering around as if they were stuck in a trance. When the story takes place Stella's parents suddenly as if they have been commanded start to walk into the sea. Stella doesn't understand why they are leaving her or why they don't respond to her calls. As Stella stands on the beach calling out to her parents, she turns around to see the rest of the people in the village following her parents into the sea.
