A fight for promotion between new recruit and long standing employee

Hide is about a group of workers who are involved in this team building exercise and whoever wins gets promotion. As the plotline unfolds the new recruit doesn't realise this is a game and when people start to go missing he gets freaked out but is relieved at the end when all is revealed what was happening. My character is not so impressed as I was the one trying so hard for years for promotion and I lost out..... again.
