A sting that goes wrong
A pair of thieves choose the wrong man to con out of his jewels. A hit man is sent to track them down but they all end off in a village that has been contaminated due to a covert government experiment. Whilst the inhabitants go mad from the water pollution the hit man and the thief are forced to join forces if they are to survive.
