A single father struggles to regain his faith after the murder of his 11-year-old autistic son.
Benjamin Daley has just seen two of the 16 year old kids who kicked his son to death be sentenced to prison. Now he is faced with an empty and lonely future. A religious plumber who keeps himself to himself, Benjamin hasn't been to church since Michael's death. Friends and Family express concerns for him but he pushes them away as much as he does God. Across town, Aaron Swainston, a 16 year old who ran from the scene of the crime and testified against his friends for Michael's murder, has been kicked to the streets by his abusive step-father. His mum's friend Danielle takes him in for a couple of nights and turns to the church to ask for help. Benjamin receives a warning about this and makes a strange decision...to take Aaron in himself. Will Benjamin be driven by revenge or forgiveness?
