Jack Copper, the unassuming helpless Detective is back. This time he is up against the villainous micelles Billionaire terrorist Robby Victorious. Jack is caught up in a custom made terror threat that could end Western society and international corporate alliances. He is in a race against time to prove Victorious isn't who he claims to be and save his partners and colleagues without any collateral damages.....for old Jack, that may not be possible.
