Short shot in back streets of East London.
Caesar tells us a story from a completely unrealistic view,he sees himself as an important and powerful man when in reality is nothing but a beggar. This fantasy of being the owner of the neighborhood is revealed when our 2 other characters, Peter and The Duchess are murdered by each other after an ridiculous accident and then Caesar then take their belongings and the power the two of then had. Irony and humor are the engines of this comical and tragical short.
