A wife flies from Norway to meet her husband in Trinidad to find that there is a love interest which shatters their marriage and her.

A Norwegian family experience challenges in their relationship when wife comes from Norway to the Island of Trinidad in the 1970's to meet her husband who works in the oil industry. There is a love affair with a local girl that stalls their relationship that leaves their marriage and wife in"Limbo". She suffers a mental collapse.
