To celebrate British game season, London Sessions presents a look at chef James Lowe's seasonal approach to gastronomy in our newest production, GAME. Last year, the head chef and co-owner of Michelin-stared restaurant Lyle's invited an international cadre of talented chefs to Scotland to share in a uniquely British culinary tradition - stalking and hunting game. GAME follows the group as they hunt in Scotland and prepare two dinners back in London for Lyle's annual game dinner series - an opportunity for chefs to show their approach at British seasonal ingredients.
