In this romantic comedy about falling in love over ham radio wavelengths, eccentrics such as a marooned cosmonaut stuck on the Mir space-station, a lonely video store owner, and a paranoid conspiracy theorist all blurt out their thoughts to anyone who will listen. Despite all this nuttiness, two transmitters cross wires and fall in love. But will meeting in the real world be up to their fantasies created on the air?
