Comedy drama around Welsh wedding
Young woman is leaving the Welsh Valley to be with young man, they fall in love, want to get married as he has been offered a new job abroad. Welsh wedding arranged but with many comedy moments and heartache along the way. The two sets of parents were very different, hers from the Valleys and his from Cheltenham. This film helped Andrea Thompson to subsequently go on the make the film of the same name for BBC Wales, most parts were then given to Welsh actors
