a dystopian future in the town of Ragnorgate
After a mysterious deadly virus breaks out, the town is quarantined from the rest of the world, leaving those trapped inside to fend for themselves. Although the virus has eradicated most of the towns population, those who have survived the epidemic discover that they have developed super human abilities. As mass panic spreads about these 'superhumans' a group of scientists believe that these people may hold the key to creating a cure and will stop at nothing to end the madness generated by the virus.
