A young drugaddict discovers a magic book who can feed her addiction, but only at a price.

Papercut is a british realism/fantasy short film that delves into a drug addicted couple's (BRUCE & HAYLEE) lives. After having stolen a trolley from an old misterious woman and going through all sorts of rubbish, HAYLEE discovers an old ragged book and she's immediately transfixed to it, hiding it from BRUCE. She soon finds out that the old leathery book has to power to “feed” her addiction, but only at a price. Where will she stop to get what she wants ?
