Psychological drama about an Italian artist living in London

Max is an Italian artist, living in London, who has just gained a big commission back home in Italy. Surrounded by adoring women, the artist seems to have the perfect life. Not only is he planning to return home to Rome taking his English girlfriend Laura with him, but he has given his most recent subject, Anita, a new lease of life. Laura and Max's easy-going flatmate Heather is in awe of them all. But at his leaving party one of his prized paintings is trashed. Someone clearly bears a grudge. But who, and why? And will the petty jealousies bubbling underneath the surface lead to a happy farewell?
