A young woman in distress seeks Sanctuary in a Church

An unconventional vicar who was formerly a rocker is playing Jerry Lee Lewis on the organ of his empty church when a young woman in a red party dress rushes in from the pouring rain. He sends her into the vestry to change her wet dress for a surplice. While she's in the vestry, an elderly female parishioner brings flowers to decorate the church, notices the girl's wet red shoes, and leaves without comment. The vicar gives the girl a glass of communion wine; she finds him to be a sympathetic listener, and he tells her something of his past and shows her a tatoo on his arm. She feels happier, and when her dress has dried on a radiator and the rain has stopped, goes on her way.
