Two siblings sharing a bath, slacking off from their responsibilities.

Siblings Brian and Fanny loiter in their shared bathtub to avoid doing the Unspeakable Thing (Giving their monstrous mother a sponge bath) and consider running away. Eventually they accept their fate and Brian offers to perform the Unspeakable Thing to protect Fanny.
