Office worker goes crazy and murders health officer then gets fired

A psychotic office worker with a fixation for the Beatle song "Helter Skelter" kills a heath official who calls around to ask him to reduce the volume on his hi-fi and hten goes to work and gets fired by the boss when he tries to attack him.
