Soldiering On

The film is a period drama set in the 17th Century at the time of the Civil War. It opens after a large battle has been fought, and the only survivors are Oliver and Charles, who are from opposing sides. They are forced to walk in the firection of the winning army, not knowing which side are the victors. Through their isolation they become friends, but the horrors of war soon catch up with them and tragedy ensues.
