It's an end-of-the-world scenario with two characters

In this end of world scenario we see a woman picking cupcakes from the remains of a cake shop, she is alone and heres someone calling her. It is a young boy who has a wound on his side and he sees her as a mad and tries to shake her off, she follows him as they share the cupcakes alone on a bench.
