Abusive behaviour of Care Worker leads to suicide of teenager in her charge

A teenager with mental health issues is cared at home by a care worker called Donna. However she is verbally abusive and aggressive towards him and when he can no longer take it anymore he commits suicide. The final scene sees Donna showing no remorse happily on the phone arranging to attend an interview for a new care position.
