Three Kids in the 90s with lame superpowers
Three kids in the 90s set at Halloween, gain lame super powers, and then try to create a video to prove to everyone that they are now cool. They fail to do this and kill Mrs Neville's cat in the process. Then whilst trickle treating they go back to Mrs Neville's and stop it from being burgled.
