Husband has a lightbulb moment.
Husband and wife living together, the wife is very un kept, lazy and the house is extremely untidy. Jon the husband is flicking though a newspaper comparing his wife to the hot women in the newspaper. The wife asks him to change the light bulb, whilst doing this everything in the room changes, the house is clean and tidy. Question is does this has the effect on his wife. Jon screws in the Light bulb once more to check if his wife has changed.... but has anything else changed?
