Professor Thomas Gann and Mr. F.A.Mitchell-Hedges went to Central America in 1926 to search for Atlantis, and it seemed that they discovered a skull, carved out of pure crystal, which they said they believed had been made by the Mayans, 4000 years ago. It is looking now as if it might have been a grand hoax, but then, the story was believed, so our film is true to the situation as it was then. The Indiana Jones, altered-version was brought forward several decades and had a car chase.
