The Marrowing

'The Marrowing' is a short black comedy focusing around a retired couple who have turned to murdering their neighbours in order to better their changes at the local vegetable show.
The small rural village of Ivycot, is unremarkable. There is a low crime rate, its roads are tidy and its inhabitants polite. It's everything you'd expect from a quintessential British village, you might even say it's the perfect place to live. However, in the lead up to the Village Fete the village has been plagued by a string of mysterious disappearances, linked by one common factor - The Annual Vegetable Growing Competition. Where have these people gone and what has happened to them?
