Pigeons plague the lives residents at a block

“The Pigeon Problem” is a fictional documentary about the plight of the residents of Addey House who have been besieged by that old enemy vermin called the “pigeons”. Kunle, who is one of the residents of the apartment block invites a film crew to come and explore the issues and problems the pigeons have caused. They spend the day together interviewing the residents of the apartment block who all seem to have very interesting stories and unearthly theories about the pigeon problem.
