The film is loosely based on James Alexandrou's own experiences, here told through the eyes of a female protagonist. He was young, rich, famous, but then having his whole life and lifestyle thrown into question by the death of a close friend one week before he opened his first west end play. The film is set in a young, trendy milieu, but the journey of self-discovery of the lead character will relate to people of any age and background.
