The Sound Jar

The film will touch upon the ideas of surveillance and how someone can invade a persons privacy.

This will be a short film based around a man, the Collector, obsessed with collecting and stealing sound in order to bottle and store it for his own pleasure. Over the course of a night we see him venture through a city listening and observing the world around him. The Collector records his sounds and watches the lives of people, who are oblivious to his presence. To make money the Collector sells some of his jars to whoever wants them. It is in one of these deals that the Customer enlists him to observe someone for him.
