Comedy spoof of a race involving some of the world's most feared tyrants
About a spoof assault course-style competition to find the world's greatest tyrant. To win the Tyrant's Cup the six competitors (Mao Zedong, George W Bush, Stalin, Kim Ill Sung, Adolf Hitler and Margaret Thatcher) complete on a cross-country course getting past various obstacles (eg: ballot boxes and disgruntled proletariat) which are specifically designed to weed out the poorest tyrants. The action is closely followed by two commentators, with post-match interviews with each Tyrant at the end of the film. There are also six trailers accompanying the main film in which each of the tyrants explain why they are going to win.
