What happens when workers reject the shackles of life? What happens when good triumphs over authority?

A scene at an office meeting room, where a boss is screaming at the employees, and slowly, one by one, the employees rebel against the boss. The other scene is set outside, as a homeless man is intensely begging for some change, and everyone seems to ignore him. Suddenly, a young kid comes out of nowhere and gives the homeless guy a coin, to great surprise of the homeless man.
