This is the Winter

2018, 15 minutes

An uprising in the North of England sparks a civil war.

A violent separatist movement has swept across the North of England. To stem the migration from the resulting civil war, a wall has been built across the width of the country. In a camp at the border, a teenage girl named Lou lives with her father, waiting for safe passage to the South. Her mother was killed in the crossfire as she protested the government, and she blames them for her death. Vulnerable and impressionable, she is taken in by an ideologue who promises her revolution and revenge.
