Troubled tells the story of Freddy & Fanny Salmon, a brother and sister who each have mental illnesses and look after each other. Fanny is slowly getting worse and ends up being more of a bully than a friend to Freddy and with a little help from his firends he needs to escape her dangerous mind games.
