Criminal insurance company pursued by secret agents

A fraudulent insurance company scamming people for their cash is pursued by secret agents who are caught in a vicious battle with the well equipped organisation led by a ruthless leader who roguishly commands his mercenaries. The agents manage to bring them down but not without great sacrifice, almost failing the operation.
