Virio, the android gardener, has tended to his master’s garden for over two centuries, but when The Scavenger enters his realm, desperate to find resources for her caravan, the eternal serenity is disrupted.

Despite his master's death, the android gardener Virio continues to tend to his property indefinitely. The cycle is suddenly disrupted when a Scavenger, desperate to find resources for her caravan of environmental refugees, enters his realm. She investigates the property for valuables, but finds nothing. She then turns her attention to Virio. She diagnoses his aging computer, surprised to learn he's been functioning for over two centuries, and decides to take him. When the Scavenger goes about ripping plants from his garden, Virio instinctively moves to defend it. A desperate struggle ensues.
