a couple of angels watches over struggling humans

two angels are assigned to a london chap in order for them to help him and guide him; shame rules don't allow them to actively intervene in his deeds. he's a bit of a loser, but with a great generous heart, for which he is brutally murdered when trying to save a girl from a gang rape. the angels' work is over. they can get a break, after thousands of years they hadn't had one...
