A Rookie Cop, who is not respected by his fellow police counterparts, finds himself following up on a noise complaint, however, he appears to have disjointed memories of being at the crime scene. As more unravels it appears some shady business may have taken place in the scene, and we begin to wonder if he may have been apart of?
