How long does it take for them to decide?
I've got a facetime appointment with an agent tomorrow morning. Do they tell you there and then if they think you're a good fit for them or do they go away and think about it?
When I met with my agent it was an in-person interview, and I was told there and then that they wanted to sign me, but it differs from agent to agent. Some may get back to you in the next few days, others it could be a week or two. If they don't tell you during your call, they may well say how long it takes them to let you know. You should get an answer either way, unlike a casting.

Thanks Matt. The agent said she'd like to represent me and she's going to talk to her boss and get back to me in a few days. Now I've got all sorts of disaster scenarios running through my head :D

Has anyone had any experience of ML Management?
They are showing an interest in taking me on.
it looks to me as if their principal focus is modelling - I notice that they refer to a number of large manufacturing brand as 'clients' which is unusual. I can't find what any of their clients have actually done lately. All questions to ask at the interview. don't forget they will charge VAT on their commission as well, in all likelihood.
