Theatre in Berlin
Hey! Does anyone know of any good theatre companies in Berlin?

Hi there,
I danced in Berlin in Theater des Westens for about 5 years until 1991. That was under the Direction of Helmut Baumann, he is no longer there but the Theatre is still renowned in Germany. The Cammerspiel Theatre is also good for musicals and some avant-gard Theatre pieces. The Kommische Oper Berlin(in the previous East Berlin) is quite Classical then of course there is the Deutsche Oper Berlin - Classical Ballet company, one of the best. There are other theatres as well, quite a few doing German Tanz Theater.
I lived and danced in Berlin for about 6 years doing TV and Theatre. A wonderful city.
