It's called 'Desire' and is a musical comedy originally produced in the Czech Republic. The show has won various awards (including 2008 Czech Song Of The Year for the title track 'Desire') and performed over 2000 times - almost exclusively to sell-out audiences!
The show has now been translated into English and the humour has been slightly 'Britishized' but it still retains the wondeful sense of fun that is so characteristic of Eastern European comic theatre.
The music is fantastic (having been written by Daniel Landa - the Czech Republic equivalent of Robbie Williams...only better) and there are some wonderful dance routines all held together by a very engaging plot line!
It would be great to have some CCPeeps along to support the show - especially as the British performers were all cast through this very site!
