I've absolutely no idea what to expect though, so must admit I'm a little apprehensive about the vulnerabilty of the whole experience.

Having now done DoubleThink. I have to say it was an interesting piece of performance art.
If your doing it, embrace the whole experience.
If your in Edinburgh, drop past and see the show and write me a critique of it so I can get a feel for the audience perception of the whole piece...obviously I only saw one side of the stage.

Hey Forbes, what was it like? I was going to do it but was uncertain that I would enjoy it so I have it a miss.
I performed in a Fringe type show back in May and was apprehensive about it mainly due to lack of proper rehearsal, last minute change of venue and performing in a round. However, the adrenaline kicked in and found it quite a liberating experience as it explored another aspect to my acting skills that I would never have discovered if I hadnt taken a risk. Fringe shows, from what I have read, can be a good way of breaking into the business.
