Come on CCP, sort these glitches out, please. We pay for this service, and at the moment it's not very good. Male still coming up with female filter, cannot change photo for an application. Thank you.

I have just posted myself off for a casting sending completely the wrong photo - no choice - I can't click to choose the correct one - Oh I think I have completely wasted my time on that application as I am 99.9% sure the Employer won't even open my link/view my Profile.
CCP this non communicative is unacceptable - I do have patience due to glitches and in changes for the better etc - but keep us up to date on what is going on - I will absolutely not be a happy customer if again a role comes my way this morning and again I can't send off the correct info or photo - that is BAD BUSINESS, due to no fault of my own.

Hear, hear, Julie. I had exactly the same trouble last night and had to attach a completely inappropriate photo.

I'm not sure anyone from CCP is reading this forum. There must be another way to voice concerns? I'm sure all the bugs can be fixed easily.

I have already contacted CCP twice, with no replies. Perhaps if we ALL contacted them, something would be done.

There seems to be an awful lot of bugs in the new site. CCP need to sort these out asap. Apart from the new age range feature, I can find no other positives with the new layout. :(

Perhaps CCP could reinstall the old program while they sort out all the glitches in the new one. The only positive so far is the age range with it appears, an awful lot of negatives.

It wont even let you search for jobs for your Gender, despite having the option...it doesn't work! No daily paid job updates is a disgrace.
In short, apalling.

- Instant jobs email alerts are still very much part of our service. There have been no issues and this has not changed with the new website.

- The ability to search the jobs board by age range has been fixed. Thank you for identifying this.

- We’re aware that there are further enhancements to be made to some site features and would like to assure members that we are looking into these as a priority.

- The forum is designed for actors to discuss topics and issues. Not as a way of contacting our customer service team.
