Anyone else notice that if you look in the dashboard to see who's been viewing you, a lot of the time it says that no one has viewed you. However, if you go and physically look, you find quite a few people have - and not just 'candidates' (which are other actors), but potential employers. It's the same with mail. Always physically check to see if you have mail - I've missed out on a couple of opportunities before as I didn't get a notification.

Editorial Comment Hi Toni,
Thank you for getting in contact. I don't know if you're aware, but we recently revised how we classify profile views, to better allow you to track how often you're seen. If you go into the profile views panel you can see there are now three different types - 'profile views', 'file views' and 'search results'; the definitions of these are as follows;

File: The user has viewed your file
Profile: The user has only viewed your profile
Search Result: You have appeared in the user's search results.
We only used to track profile views, so the number would go up specifically when someone opened up your own individual profile.  With the addition of 'search results' however, we also keep tabs on how many times you appear in searches, or on other pages that members might view such as company pages, agency profiles and listings for specific productions you were involved in.  The idea behind this to allow you to better understand not only how many times you are being seen on a day-to-day basis, but also the context of these views, so you can more accurately keep an eye on the impact of your work and any changes you make.
If you are concerned about any views, in particular, you are always welcome to get in touch and we can investigate.
Kind regards,
The Mandy Admin Team

Hi, yes, I'm aware of the three categories but my point was that, when I go to the dashboard it often says there are no new views since I last looked but it is often the case that if I click onto 'who has been looking at my profile' it shows that there have indeed been people viewing my profile, despite initially being informed that no one has been looking. Which is why I suggest checking the profile page even when Mandy informs one that no one has looked at you. This has happened many times. Regards, Toni

Yes Toni you are absolutely right. It happened to me as well. Something came up in Feb and I looked at my dashboard in April and IT WAS TOO LATE.
