Problems with Latest Jobs?!
Have anyone else's Latests jobs been stuck on the 21st of April?
So annoying as just paid for a new month for mandy, but cant see any new jobs popping up
I haven't seen any job posts for about a month. Always had 3-4 per day!!
Me too, l contacted them for a refund but they did not get back to me. So upset and disappointed with Mandy
I got a message from a week ago saying they'd had some issues so left it thinking it will resolve. Used them for 3 years now and they've been really good, got lots of work. Maybe I'll call them
Not only that, the amount of useless e-mails I am getting now, with jobs that have nothing to do with my profile, is ridiculous. If it carries on for another week I might as well give up this site.
Same here - lots of completely random job ads, it's been going on for some weeks now! Emailed Mandy.com but haven't heard back, so I cancelled my paid membership, at least for now.
Had this for about a month, tried contacting them 4 times, even tried calling and it just said they're having some issues and hung up, so frustrating
Not getting correct job allerts
For a few weeks now I havent been getting my usual job alerts. Ive been getting ones that aren't relevant and when searching manually discover that Ive missed loads that I could have applied for! What am i paying for? Get this sorted out Mandy ASAP and update your customers

This website is a waste of time.
It's really horrible I signed up for Annual subscription and they have gone mute.
Hi all. I sent an email a few days ago and just got a reply. They say they are working on the issue but can't give a time scale for its resolution.
Guess we just have to wait?? I'll be emailing them again asking for refund or extension on subscription. I'll let you all know what the say to that.

Yes, I've got the same issues. I hope Mandy sort this out soon. Just did a search and realised none of the jobs relevant to me have appeared on my feed.

Paid 2 weeks ago for annual membership but they have not upgraded my account so cannot apply for any jobs. UK landline says email as they are not answering. Emails no answer.
not looking good. i just upgraded and now can't apply for any jobs. several attempts at contacting them.
So glad I saw this! Looking to leave a full-time role and was gonna sign up to find some work. Thanks for saving me some stress!
Mandy seem to be using the Facebook approach of throwing everything at you and hope something is of interest . As an early Premium member since 2005 ( with Stage Jobs Pro) I am so glad I do not pay for Mandy because since they took over from SJP the service has gone downhill. I suspect they are now too big to be effecient. . My advice - stop paying for a bad service and Mandy will get it's act together or go under . Money talks.
Guys, Try going into your PROFILE and clicking on latest job's from there.
However, I paid membership and for a month have applied for 20+ Jobs and got response to only one. Which didn't lead to anything. Is my CV the problem or me or something.. Or the service, It's all about iffy.
