Hey there,
I have a potential job to dub a video which is going to go on the company's facebook page. Would anyone be able to tell me if that counts as broadcast (ie, internal commercial?)? I'm trying to work out the rate which I should apply.
Many thanks for any help!

Hi Sonia,

You should take a look at the rates you can find here:
https://rates.gravyforthebrain.com
Select the country, the genre and the category to give you an idea.
I hope that helps!

I have just seen a job that claims to be corporate and is paying £300 to include "global internet usage and events in-perpetuity". This is utterly APPALLING!! Either 'Mandy' purports to be at least semi-legit' or it doesn't. Not currently sure at all.

As a new-comer to the VO industry this is one of many of the issues I am having when considering rates. I have been a musician for years and where at all possible I have tried to only accept decent gigs, as otherwise it's a downward spiral and it brings rates down for everyone. But Mandy also has the responsibility to only accept jobs which respect the rates of the industry. This is not something I am seeing happening. Thank you both for your input.
