My agent told me I would only ever get small parts...

So I decided not to do - any nude work...

And...

Never have!

Mind you...

If a big part came along...

I would be tempted...!!!

Clive! Clive! Enough of the short parts please! LOL
My sides cannot take it anymore. Regarding the body issues, I lost 2 stone for the part I mentioned earlier (could I keep it off? Could I hell, as soon as shooting finished it came back on) The funniest thing about sex scenes is, We spent 4 hours going through ours and about 90% of it was cut from the film, so it really is just the embarassment and insecurity of stripping and messing around infront of others that's the main concern here, in other words we need to strip our inhabitions before we strip for the camera! And Alan? I am shocked, how do you know so much about dogging? lol!
Last point, all women are beautiful, I'm with Ken Dodd on that, it's what some women do to others and themselves that make them ugly (same applies to men I suppose)
Ciao

I did a scene some years ago, pre kids, saggy boobs and stretch marks etc. It was a lesbian scene. When i turned up, I was V. nervous. The other girl was a friend of mine wich i think helped, because we just got on with the job whilst laughing at the director (the only one in the room) who was obviously more embaresed than us. Much clearing of the throat, looking away etc. Very funny.

I always say that I have very few issues with being naked, if its relevant, for myself... but the audience might take offence ;)

Ha-ha! Y'know I don't know how I got away with "getting my kit" off at drama school. Our Principal (God bless him), used to really encourage his students to do so...I guess he thought I was good at taking risks generally in my work and he favoured that, but if only he'd known my FEAR!! ;-)

Strangely, my principals never encouraged me to do that. I suspect THEY were afraid. :)

Slightly off topic, but this will make you laugh. Im always getting my kit off on telly. God knows why there seems to be a demand for fat blokes!! anyway I have an Ident which is/was running on TCM for Summer of Love season of films. I did my scenes with a young actress. there are four scenes all featuring different naked people, I enjoyed the job, which was filmed in a private house with the family all upstairs, until I heard the voice over on the ident, when it gets to my scene they are talking about the types of films people watch, and just as I appear naked, the voice over says 'and for those who prefer something a bit different!!!' I was most upset well not really I thought it was funny.
