What is the point...!?
I have just had a generic, impersonal message via Mandy from a casting I applied for back in June - asking me to send photographs and details of work to their web address - these being the same details and photographs they seem to have ignored in my initial application... It all seems to feel like a massive waste of time...
Totally agree Dave, they're quick to have a pop at us when actors don't read details but they're the worst for it. I would respond 'Please see profile for these details'
Was the salutation something like Dear Amazing Actor? I got one, asked what role I was supposed to have applied for, what role they saw me in and general further details. Zilch back. Total scam.
You would be amazed at how many emails I get from Mandy for highly paid jobs matching my profile- since I didn't renew my premium subscription
